This being the most important step in the success of a leadership journey the program is designed to initiate the wannabe leaders into the key essentials of leadership. 16 hours of class room session with appropriate work tools for participant to carry back and monitor their journey is available.

Strategic Thinking and Decision Making: While this competency is important at all the levels the leadership pipeline however needs an understanding, expression and development of this competency at the level of middle management is critical. This program spread across 2 training days seeks to develop the managers’ understanding of the essential sub-elements of this competency and how they can cultivate a strategic thinking mindset and implement the thinking in their day to day work life. The training includes decision making models including working on intuition to make the best decisions.

Delegation – The science and the art: Delegation is a mindset which ensures participation and empowerment and thereby an agile organisation. The science and art of delegation is taught in this 2 day workshop is especially designed for employees who have teams at more than one reporting levels. This 2 days wotkshop while designed for people at Senior and middle leadership levels can also be tuned it for all level. Through a discovery workshop and use of appropriate tools each individual would be able to look at and understand his core life values and would be able to align his life purpose with the work he is doing or would want to do.

Adding meaning in hustle: Same as above however this is designed for the lower rung of leadership and is a 1 day workshop.
