Siddhartha Banerjee
Director
Siddhartha brings with him rich and varied experience of over 30 years in the field of HRD and OD, spanning across industries and organisations which have been recognised as Great Places to Work™ organisations in India.
He was last working with Vodafone Idea Limited as the Vice President HR for the Gujarat and MPCG clusters, before deciding to help build Traverse as one of its Directors.
As a HR Leader, Siddhartha has designed and rolled out organisation wide HR practices like employee engagement, talent management and development, culture and communication framework, etc on one hand and on the other set-up an HR organisation from scratch and run it to full steam. He has played a crucial role in the successful merger and reorganisation of the Vodafone and Idea into V! ™, being a part of the core restructuring team.
He brings skills like Business Partnering, Strategic Workforce Planning, Restructuring and Resizing, Employer Branding, Building High Performing Learning Organisations, Building Leadership and Talent Pipeline, Leadership Coaching and Development, Large Scale Change and OD Interventions, Succession Planning and Career Development, Culture and Employee Engagement -Diagnostics and Management, HR Consulting, Business and Employee Assessment, Employee, Diversity and Inclusion practices.
Siddhartha has worked with companies like Usha Martin Industries Limited, Arvind Mills, Tata Communications, Tata Management Training Center, Bennett Coleman and Company Limited (Times of India), Idea Cellular Limited and Vodafone Idea Limited in his career spanning 30 years.

Aarthi is an MBA graduate from ICFAI Business School, specialising in Human Resources and a certified Leadership and Development professional with Pearson group. With industry expertise as an HR generalist and L&D lead, she has experience in delivering soft skills training programs and empowering young graduates to become future leaders.
Passionate about communication and leadership, she designs engaging sessions on public speaking and leadership, guiding individuals to find their voice and confidence. She firmly believes that Gen-Zs are the future CXOs of the country and is committed to shaping the next generation of leaders. Keeping 21st-century skills in focus, she fosters collaborative methodologies to nurture leadership development.
Aarthi plays a key role at Traverse, serving as a strong pillar of support in research and building impactful training programs that drive growth and transformation.
Aritra Raj
Engagement specialist and communication Lead
Aritra is an amiable and dedicated lifelong learner, as well as a storm trooper parent, with a deep-rooted passion for teaching, writing, traveling, and continuous personal growth. Guided by the belief that “reading is essential for those who seek to rise above the ordinary,” she is a true bibliophile and cinephile who draws energy from stories—be it in books, films, or the everyday journeys of evolution and transformation.
With a strong growth mindset, Aritra sees unlearning and relearning as vital to remaining relevant in today’s dynamic world. She enjoys designing curriculum and facilitating workshops that ignite curiosity—both about the self and the world at large. Currently, she is exploring new interests such as AI and piano, continuously upskilling with the joy of learning and a commitment to creating meaningful impact.
Her academic background includes a BA Honours in English with a specialization in Media Studies and Communication, a postgraduate degree in Public Relations, an online specialization in Branding and Communications from MICA/UpGrad, and a PG Certification in Digital Marketing and Communications.
